As a Mastery member you will attend Live Interactive Coaching Calls. Our personal Mastery Success Coach is a 10-year veteran of the college funding business. His expertise in coaching professionals and bringing them to the next level is second to none! Each month our World Class Sales Coach will show you you on how to significantly increase your new client sign ups, make your workshops more profitable, and take your first and second appointment closing ratios to the next level.
We have also instituted mentoring and accountability "check-ins" calls to keep you on target, executing your plan, and staying focused. In addition you will be assigned a Strategic Business Coach to help you build your practice and My SET for Life Solution™ cases. You'll also receive the ability to offer your clients the My SET for Life Solution™ along with full case development and our support team.
Within the annual SET Sales Training School, you will participate in One Live Mastery meeting per year with Tim Austin, John Hollis and Scott Weingold held in Michigan and/or Ohio. In this session, you will set goals, put together 90-Day strategic plans, and learn advanced workshop, selling, SET for Life™, and business building strategies and techniques from 3 of the Top Producers in the entire industry. All of this targeted coaching and increase performance allows you to be eligible for an Additional 25% NAPC Bonus Points toward qualifying for SET VIP Destination Trip and Conference. This also allows you to be considered for SET's VIP Group.

By being part of the Mastery Program, you will automatically be enrolled in our Leads4You Lead Generation Program where we will be asking any leads that we have in our database (or that attempt to reach out to us directly because of our nationwide presence) to meet with a local SET Advisor in their area. We are also constantly testing new lead generation ideas and only pass the "winners" onto our members − and being part of Mastery Program means you gain access to any lead programs we find to work well.
